Your trading account details are sent to your registered email address when you open a trading account. Please check your inbox for the email containing your account information. If you cannot find it, check your spam or junk folder.

To transfer funds from your Wallet to your trading account, please follow these steps:

Choose the option to transfer funds from My Wallet to Trading Account.

1. Log in to your Client Area.
2. Navigate to My Wallet.
3. Select Internal Transfers.
4. Choose the option to transfer funds from My Wallet to Trading Account.

You can check the current leverage of your trading account directly in your Client Area.

What Is the Maximum Leverage Available?

The maximum leverage available depends on your trading account type, the instrument you trade, and your account equity.

Standard Account: Up to 1:2000 for Forex and Metals.

Cent Account: Up to 1:2000 for Forex and Metals.

ECN Account: Up to 1:1000 for Forex and Metals.

Major Indices and Commodities: Up to 1:500.

What Are the MarketsVox MT5 Server Names?

To connect to your MarketsVox trading account in MetaTrader 5 (MT5), use the appropriate server details below.

- Server name: MarketsVox-Live
- IP address: 86.104.251.168

- Server name: MarketsVox-Demo
- IP address: 88.211.249.148

When logging in to MT5, you can select the appropriate server name from the server list. If the server name is not available in the list, you can manually enter the corresponding IP address to connect to the server.

Please make sure you use the live server for real accounts and the demo server for demo accounts.
